Rede de Notícias

Rede de Notícias is a digital platform created by the Diários Associados group, in partnership with Google, with the goal of bringing together, in a single virtual environment, content about the 853 municipalities of the state of Minas Gerais. The project expands access to journalistic production outside major urban centers, allowing communicators from across the state to actively participate in local coverage.

Developed with support from the Google News Initiative (GNI), the platform's mission is to combat so-called news deserts in regions without independent local media: journalists can register, pitch story ideas, produce content, and receive compensation, working as correspondents for outlets such as Estado de Minas, Portal Uai, and No Ataque.

Swoop Finance

A global SEO program was delivered using E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles, expanding the site with scalable content such as business calculators, glossary, and business knowledge hubs to strengthen topical authority and capture non-branded demand. This strategy drove organic search to 46.78% of total traffic and increased monthly visits to 180,451 (+28.38% MoM).

Alongside content growth, technical SEO, accessibility improvements, schema markup, and code optimization were implemented. Multiple ccTLDs were consolidated into a single gTLD, centralizing authority and enabling global scale. After the implementation, international visibility increased significantly, including +99.84% traffic in the UK, +66.06% in South Africa, and +12,65% in Canada.

Atlético Mineiro

Creation and launch of the official website for Clube Atlético Mineiro, one of Brazil's largest and most traditional football clubs. The project required a careful approach to translate the club's history, scale, and passion into a modern digital experience. Developed by Diários Associados, one of Brazil's leading media groups, the site was launched during the historic celebration of Atlético's 2021 Brazilian Championship title, strengthening the emotional connection with fans.

A scalable design system was created to ensure visual and functional consistency, paired with a custom layout aligned with the club's identity and values. The portal was built on 100% WordPress, fully responsive across devices, with a strong focus on content structure, usability, SEO, and performance, enabling high traffic handling while maximizing visibility in search engines.

Correio Braziliense

Redesign and evolution of the Correio Braziliense mobile app, one of the biggest brazilian newspapers, with the goal of going beyond news distribution to deliver a personalized and engaging reading experience. The initiative focused on increasing reader engagement and strengthening subscriber loyalty through innovation and user-centric features.

The new app introduced advanced personalization features, allowing users to save articles, comment, and share content, alongside strong accessibility support such as text to speech and night mode. Subscribers gained access to exclusive content and a benefits card directly within the app. The project also pioneered the Homepage For You technology, developed by Taboola, resulting in higher engagement, improved user experience, and increased subscriber retention.

Diários Associados

Design and user experience for the portals, sites, and apps of Diários Associados, one of Brazil's largest media groups, with a strong focus on design systems at scale. Design systems were created and adopted for Correio Braziliense (540M+ pageviews/month), Portal Uai (160M+), and Estado de Minas (60M+), establishing a shared foundation across teams. This approach reduced rework and refactors, simplified collaboration between design and engineering, and significantly improved delivery speed, while maintaining consistency and usability across high-traffic products.
